Payments:
For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Full payment is expected at the time services are performed. When more extensive dental care is necessary, financial arrangements can be made with our office, just let the office manager Heather, know and arrangements will be taken care of.
Insurance:
We are happy to process your insurance claims to maximize your benefits. Our billing staff will prepare all the necessary forms for your dental benefits and submit them electronically if possible. Our staff will gladly submit a pre-treatment estimate to your insurance company so that you will know what your benefits will be.
Dr. Graff will always present the best and most predictable treatment that current research endorses. Some of these treatments are not covered by dental insurance plans, and the patient then is responsible for payment of the additional procedure. We want you to have the best care possible, and will always provide you with all available options. However, we remind you that your specific policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company. If you have insurance questions check with your employer, and contact us with any questions.
If your insurance is not listed above you will need to pay at the time of service and the office will submit your claim for you and your insurance will reimburse you directly.
